Position Summary:
The Clinical Data Analyst plays a crucial role in the healthcare and medical research field by analyzing and interpreting clinical data to support evidence-based decision-making and improve patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as healthcare informatics, biostatistics, or data science. Master's degree preferred.
2. Proven experience as a clinical data analyst or similar role within the healthcare or medical research industry.
3. Proficiency in statistical analysis software such as SAS, R, or SPSS.
4. Strong understanding of clinical data standards and terminologies (e.g., SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD-10).
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
6. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
7. Solid understanding of research methodologies, clinical trial protocols, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, GCP).
8. Knowledge of healthcare data exchange standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) and experience working with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
9. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
